Effective September 1, 2025, Midwest Women Ob Gyn will no longer offer delivery services for obstetric patients. While this was a difficult decision, our team remains dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

What This Means for You:

Prenatal Care:

• We will continue to provide initial and ongoing prenatal care through 16–20 weeks of pregnancy for all current and new patients.
• Patients with due dates past September 1, 2025, will need to transfer their care for delivery.

Comprehensive Gynecologic Care:

Our physicians will continue to offer a full range of gynecologic and women’s health services, including:

• In-office surgical procedures, including office hysteroscopy and colposcopies.
• Annual exams and health screenings, including labs.
• Contraception counseling and management, including IUDs and Nexplanon.
• STD screening and management.
• Management of abnormal Pap smears.
• Adolescent gynecological care.
• Peri- and postmenopausal care, including hormone replacement therapy.
• Pelvic organ prolapse management.
• Urinary incontinence.
• Infertility care.
• Recurrent pregnancy loss.
• Pregnancy confirmation with ultrasound and subsequent obstetric visits through 16–20 weeks.
• Fibroids.
• Endometriosis.
• Irregular periods.
• Heavy menstrual bleeding.
• Vaginitis.
• PCOS.
• Abdominal and pelvic pain.
• Obesity management.
• Immunizations.
• Gynecologic surgeries, including hysterectomy and minimally invasive surgeries with Da Vinci Robot.

Urgent Care Services:

We are proud to provide same-day appointments for any gynecological needs, in addition to urgent needs such as:

• Upper respiratory infections (URIs).
• Urinary tract infections (UTIs).
• Abdominal and pelvic pain.

In addition, we offer:

• Lab services.
• Ultrasound services.

Our Commitment:

While delivery is a significant milestone in a woman’s life, it represents only a brief chapter in the continuum of care we provide. We remain dedicated to supporting women through all stages of their health journey and ensuring they receive exceptional care tailored to their unique needs.
